Established in 2013, we work closely with homeowners, architects and designers to take complex residential projects from pre-construction through to final handover.

Founded in London in 2013, Octa Construction has developed through long-standing client relationships, recommendations and collaborations with architects and designers.
What began as a hands-on construction business has developed into a wider project-delivery team capable of coordinating complex refurbishments, structural alterations, extensions and new-build residential projects, while retaining the personal involvement and attention to detail on which the business was built.

Regular meetings, clear reporting and early identification of decisions required from the client or design team.

Inspecting work throughout the project, with close attention to workmanship and finished detail at every stage.

Testing, documentation, snagging and a controlled final handover.
